Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with a solid background in wine service to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will provide gracious, knowledgeable, and efficient service while guiding guests through our wine list with confidence and enthusiasm. A strong understanding of food and wine pairing, wine storage, and service standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding table-side service in a refined, high-paced environment  

- Assist guests in selecting wines that enhance their dining experience  

- Maintain a strong knowledge of our wine list, including vintages, varietals, regions, and producers  

- Execute proper wine service, including decanting, glassware selection, and temperature management  

- Collaborate with the sommelier team and management to stay informed of new additions and vintage changes  

- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and elegance in all service areas  

- Provide education and recommendations to both guests and fellow staff members as needed  

- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience  

- Sommelier certification or equivalent wine knowledge strongly preferred (WSET, CMS, etc.)  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

- Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations  

- Passion for hospitality and an eye for detail  

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays  

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
