Server at The Brooklyn

We’re seeking experienced servers who bring genuine hospitality to every guest interaction. Ideal candidates have experience in fine-casual dining and thrive in a setting where attention to detail and teamwork matter. Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and food pairings is a strong bonus.

• Provide polished, personable service in a small-team, guest-focused environment

• Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and enthusiasm

• Maintain deep product knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and wine offerings

• Collaborate closely with bartenders, chefs, and support staff to ensure seamless service

• Manage tables and bar seating with efficiency and warmth

• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the shift

• Assist with side work, restocking, and closing duties as needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants or bars

• Strong understanding of hospitality and guest engagement

• Working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and reliability — no ego, all teamwork
