Job Description

Many exciting things are happening at The Dabney, and we are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals to join our growing team. We recently celebrated our 10th anniversary, marking a decade of commitment to Mid-Atlantic cuisine and warm, genuine hospitality.

The Dabney, Chef Jeremiah Langhorne's ode to the Mid-Atlantic showcases cooking centered around a wood-burning hearth. Since opening in 2015, the restaurant has been honored by the James Beard Foundation (Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic, 2018), the Michelin Guide (One Star, 2017–present), Washingtonian Magazine (No. 1 Restaurant, 2023), and has been featured in Food & Wine and Bon Appétit.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of two years of serving experience (fine dining preferred)

  • A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude

  • Strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge, or a passion for learning

  • A personal interest in high-quality, regional, and sustainable ingredients

  • A flexible schedule and commitment to excellence
