Job Description

Must have open availability and able to work Holidays and Weekends. 

  • Servers will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of guest satisfaction and overall service. 
  • Responsible for understanding and describing the menu to guests, and are able to provide food and drink pairing recommendations with a positive and approachable attitude. 
  • Responsible for completing pre-service and post-service duties with team members including, but not limited to preparing the dining room for service and having seamless communication with both FOH and BOH staff to ensure a successful service
  • Must be able to accurately enter orders into POS in a timely manner, and ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out before serving to guests
  • Clean and stock service stations, polish silverware/glassware as needed 
  • Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management.

Qualified servers must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude, as well as:

  • Have least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment, and be able to problem solve under pressure
  • Be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
  • Be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 20lbs
  • Have previous wine knowledge
  • Must be Clean Shaven.
