The OpportunityHealey Brothers Kia is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Assistant/Receptionist to support our Service Department. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys helping others, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll DoBe the welcoming face of our Service Department — greeting customers with professionalism and warmth
Schedule service appointments and manage our daily service calendar
Assist Service Advisors and technicians with clerical and customer-facing tasks
Process payments and finalize Repair Orders
Submit extended warranty claims and create purchase orders
Handle rental contracts and pre-write repair orders
Support our service team with general administrative duties
Prior customer service or receptionist experience (automotive experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Tech-savviness with basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
