Job Summary:
The Service BDR opens and closes the process of the customer experience in the Service Department. This is an important role in making a positive impression on the customer throughout the service process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Following up with customers
- Helps set up appointments as needed.
- Assists service advisors as needed.
- Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Customer Service Experience - required
- Call Center Experience - highly preferred
- Automotive Experience - a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work at a desk/computer for most of the work day
- Ability to multitask
