Job Description
Join Pride Health as a HR Service Center Representative at Tampa, FL! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: HR Service Center Representative
Location: Tampa, FL 33617
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $17 - 19/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a call center environment.
- Evaluate and respond to employee inquiries via phone, fax, and email within service level agreements.
- Interpret and review employee data to resolve routine issues.
- Escalate complex inquiries to Tier 2 reps or supervisors when necessary.
- Accurately document all interactions in the Case Management System.
- Provide guidance to employees on available tools and resources.
- Enter, scan, and retrieve employee data in HRIS while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain centralized employee files with confidentiality and compliance.
- Protect company data, report non-compliance, and follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Consistently deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1–2 years in Human Resources administration and/or a call center environment.
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
