???? Diagnose both electrical systems and customer needs to create tailored solutions
???? Present 6 customized, relevant solutions on every call
???? Offer affordable financing options to customers
???? Ensure all jobs are completed with no loose ends
???? Maintain a strong company image and ensure best-in-class customer service
???? Keep a 4.9-star rating across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
???? Manage truck stock and inventory to stay prepared for every job

✔️ At least 18 months of electrical trade experience (Journeyman preferred)
✔️ Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Generator experience is a plus!
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔️ A motivated problem solver with a strong attention to detail

✔️Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
