Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly)

Position Summary

As a Service Greeter, you are the first and most important point of contact for guests arriving at the service drive. You will welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensure smooth check-in processes, and support our service team in creating a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warm Welcome: Greet all guests with a genuine smile, professional demeanor, and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Customer Assistance: Escort guests to their vehicles and provide helpful, courteous service during pickups.

  • Vehicle Preparation: Remove plastic coverings, confirm vehicles are clean, and ready for delivery in the pickup area.

  • Lot Organization: Maintain a tidy and well-organized pickup lot; ensure all keys are stored and labeled correctly in designated key boxes.

  • Vehicle Retrieval: Promptly retrieve vehicles for customers and assist with handoffs to ensure a smooth and pleasant checkout process.

  • Operational Support: Assist with additional service drive or dealership duties as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency and organization.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred.

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight spaces.

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus!


Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 based on experience and qualifications.

  • Eligible employees may receive:
