Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to join our team at our high-end omakase restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, hospitality, and organizational skills to ensure our guests receive a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow

  • Maintain service standards in line with fine dining expectations

  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and management for seamless communication

  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and special requests

  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

  • Support scheduling, payroll, and operational needs

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in fine dining (sushi or Japanese cuisine a plus)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, and fine wines preferred

  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
