What You'll Do:

• Use SolidWorks to create clear, complete, and accurate models and drawings from sketches, prototypes, or notes

• Apply your knowledge of manufacturing processes, tolerance stack-ups, and engineering principles to support efficient and high-quality production

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve fit, form, and function issues on the shop floor

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals and work instructions

• Evaluate and improve drawing processes and sequences based on shop floor feedback

• Balance multiple projects and priorities with strong time management and organizational skills

What We're Looking For:
✔ Associate's degree or technical training in drafting/design (or equivalent experience)
✔ Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of manufacturing best practices
✔ Understanding of tolerances, stack-ups, and mechanical design standards
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with documentation and technical writing a plus
