A company is looking for a ServiceNow Program Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine program scope, objectives, and success criteria, and manage comprehensive program plans and timelines for ServiceNow projectsLead the program lifecycle from initiation to post-go-live transition, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologiesProactively identify and mitigate risks, manage program governance, and communicate program status and updates to stakeholdersRequired QualificationsExtensive experience in program management, particularly with ServiceNow implementationsDeep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its applications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projectsStrong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesAbility to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the ServiceNow platform
