This position is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring a proactive mindset, a commitment to jobsite safety, and the ability to inspire and develop sheet metal mechanics and installers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience supervising or managing mechanical tradespeople on active job sites
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal shop drawings, and mechanical specifications
  • Strong organizational skills to manage materials, coordinate with general contractors, and meet aggressive project deadlines
  • A safety-first mindset with a working knowledge of OSHA standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, both in the shop and in the field

  • Company vehicle and fuel card
  • Long-term career growth in a respected mechanical construction company
  • A supportive environment with ongoing professional development
  • The opportunity to be part of a team that builds with purpose and integrity
