What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of instruments, accessories, and supplies.
• Pack & Label with Care: Accurately and fully package and label outbound shipments to ensure they arrive at the right destination without damage, protecting the quality of every item we send.
• Work closely with our sales, repair, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
• Adapt to daily challenges, coordinating with carriers and troubleshooting logistics as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems and inventory/shipping platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and updating records.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to support a legacy business.
