  • Ensure the highest level of productivity in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Supervise, coach and train employees, providing professional development through ongoing feedback of strengths and needed improvement.
  • Promote safety throughout assigned work area.
  • Develop and maintain employee relationships while promoting company values (i.e., good attendance, strong work ethic, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs.
  • Plan and implement process improvements.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor degree in a related field of study preferred.
  • 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
  • General knowledge of production operations.
  • Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
