Job Description:

Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking Industrial Electrical Technicians for an assignment at the Fitesa facility in Simpsonville, SC. This project involves the reassembly and reconfiguration of complex industrial equipment within an operating plant environment. Candidates will be working without schematics, so previous experience with equipment rework and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who demonstrate reliability, technical competence, and adaptability. Long-term work is available, with a transition to upcoming projects in Fort Mill, SC based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reassemble and reconfigure industrial machinery on-site
• Match and reconnect electrical cables to their appropriate cabinets
• Identify and correct issues with cable lengths (too short or too long)
• Work independently and efficiently without electrical prints or schematics
• Collaborate with site supervisors and electricians to ensure timely completion
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Compensation:

• $32-$36/hour
• Per Diem: $100/day (for qualifying days)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial equipment installation or reassembly
• Ability to read and understand general electrical layouts (if available)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work without drawings or prints
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to site on time
• 10-panel drug test required prior to site access
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
