Site Support Specialist at TEKsystems

*Site Support Specialist - El Paso, TX* *Start Date: January | Full-Time | Onsite | Growth Opportunity*
Join a rapidly expanding electrical contracting company at the forefront of renewable energy innovation. As we grow into EV, solar, and wind solutions, we're seeking a dedicated *Site Support Specialist* to provide hands-on technical support at our new El Paso facility.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide *onsite technical support* to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in person.
* Troubleshoot and resolve *escalated Tier 2 support tickets*, including complex technical problems.
* Handle common helpdesk requests such as *password resets, permission changes, printer/network device issues*, and general IT service needs.
* Contribute to *project-based work* (approximately 10% of time) to support IT initiatives and gain exposure to broader systems and infrastructure.
*Required Qualifications*
* *CCNA certification* (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or willingness to obtain within 6 months (candidate responsible for cost).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership.
* A proactive, confident, and adaptable personality with a desire to learn and grow.
* Must be able to work *onsite 5 days/week* in El Paso, TX.
*Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)*
* *Bilingual in English and Spanish* (not required, but a plus).
* Experience in both *Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk/Tech Support* roles.
* A "*jack of all trades*" mindset with a willingness to take on diverse IT challenges.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Paso, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
