Maintenance - Skilled Trades Worker will maintains building systems and components, including, but not limited to, HVAC mechanical systems and their individual components. This includes a basic working knowledge of DDC controls, boilers, chillers, and central plant theory and operation.
- Moves furniture, supplies, and other campus assets.
- Performs work associated with in-house construction and renovation projects.
- Keeps routine records and makes routine reports.
- Assists with setup and breakdown of facilities for meetings, classes, conferences, and events.
- Performs general building maintenance duties, such as repairing doors and hardware and various carpentry repairs.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Proficient in at least two recognized skilled trades, i.e., plumbing, electrical, and mechanical, carpentry, masonry, etc.
Preferred QualificationsExtensive knowledge of building maintenance procedures and products.
Proposed Salary$18.27 - $21.63/ hourly
