About the Role
Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LISW) looking for a stable, full-time caseload and a supportive private practice environment?

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents
- Conduct mental status exams, develop treatment plans, and deliver clinically appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate client documentation within an electronic health record (EHR)
- Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 one-hour appointments per week
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (required)
- Active LSW (required) or LISW (preferred) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents
- Unrestricted license and ability to pass a background check
- Interest in or willingness to learn holistic and transpersonal approaches to therapy (training provided)
- Proficiency with basic technology and electronic health record systems
