Job Description

Are you a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and provide clinical and case management services to a diverse client population. In this role, you will help individuals and families navigate social, emotional, and environmental challenges, empowering them to achieve stability, growth, and improved well-being.

Position: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am-10 pm, and can work 4 9-hour shifts

Salary: $2456 weekly

Hospital experience. Adult CPEP (psych emergency) experience •


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and agency regulations.
  • Advocate for client needs and connect them to community resources.
  • Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current New York State LMSW license (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with [specific population, e.g., mental health, substance use, children and families, geriatrics, etc.] is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
