A company is looking for a Software Engineering Senior Manager - Modernization & Application Development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the migration to a modular, service-based architecture and contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and backend servicesWrite and review production code while ensuring high standards for code quality and maintainabilityManage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team cultureRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-4 years in a leadership or management roleProven ability to deliver reliable, scalable software in an agile environmentExperience with C#/.NET, React, and Azure technologiesFamiliarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD automation and TDD
