🔧 Job Title: Solar Site Maintenance Electrician ($30-35hr)

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Solar Site Maintenance Electrician to join our team in maintaining the performance and reliability of a large-scale solar farm. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is passionate about renewable energy.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance on solar equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Execute electrical wiring and installation tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Operate power and hand tools safely and effectively
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards

⚡ Essential Skills

• 3+ years in solar operations and maintenance
• Experience in electrical construction and solar installation
• Proficient in wiring, conduit bending, and wire pulling
• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics
• Strong electrical and mechanical repair capabilities
• Electrical Journeyman's License required

🔩 Additional Qualifications

• Comfortable using power and hand tools
• Mechanically inclined with excellent troubleshooting skills

🌄 Work Environment

This role is based outdoors on a large solar farm in a rural setting. You’ll be working with a variety of tools and equipment, with safety as the top priority.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
