$50.000.00 $100,000.00 per year (commission-based with performance bonuses; top performers can exceed $150,000+)

- Conduct consultations and tailor proposals to fit homeowner needs
- Present and close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales skills
- High School Diploma or GED (required); college degree a plus
- Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality
- Sales experience (in solar, home improvement, or related industries) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while hitting sales goals
