Bechtel is delivering three LNG Projects in the US Gulf Coast- Corpus Christi Liquefaction, Port Arthur LNG and Rio Grande LNG. The first phase of the RGLNG project consists of three liquefaction trains, two storage tanks and one marine berth.

We are seeking a candidate who can lead craft teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The successful applicant will identify safe and at-risk practices, provide immediate corrective actions, and ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

You will instruct journeymen in craft tasks and safety procedures, coordinate across disciplines, and help prevent jurisdictional conflicts. The role includes interpreting blueprints, integrating project priorities, completing work on schedule, and resolving issues quickly. You will also monitor cost control, submit accurate reports, and maintain alignment with unit rate standards.

Typically, this position requires 6 years of industrial construction experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
