Soldering Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring a Soldering Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm. Responsibilities: Perform soldering and assembly of small components and electrical subassemblies. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and job sheets to build assemblies accurately. Assemble and wire components such as solenoids, relays, and drive units following production specifications. Set up and operate basic production tools and equipment including presses, crimpers, and hand tools. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and report any discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist in training new team members and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. IPC certification or formal soldering training. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
