Ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese food & beverage with an izakaya-inspired approach.
We are searching for a SOUS CHEF to join our team! Candidates must possess the following:
- Fully understand and embody a can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
- 2 years cook experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Committed to safety, sanitation and good environmental practices in the workplace
- Flexible hours are required (prep shifts, nights, weekends, holidays) or as agreed with your hiring manager
- Uphold standards & systems with daily food preparation.
- Executing consistently with all food prep activities before, during and after service.
- Completing kitchen tasks, including opening & closing duties, prep-list execution, station set-up and maintenance and cleaning
