Sous Chef
We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to help oversee the daily operations and performance of our upscale restaurant kitchen. Join us in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture while delivering impeccable guest service through scratch cooking.

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Proven scratch cooking experience in an upscale restaurant
- Strong commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
- Ability to train, manage, and coach the culinary team
- Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and communication with senior leadership
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-volume kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for quality ingredients and food presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
