Sous Chef Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $65k to $72k

Sous Chef Requirements and Must Haves
- 2 or more years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
- Proven success in scratch-made or Italian-American kitchens
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to manage inventory, food costs, and maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable in a structured system-driven environment
Sous Chef Preferred Background and Skills
- Italian cuisine experience strongly preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training
- Thrives under pressure and leads by example
- Focused on consistency, systems, and professional growth
