Ideal candidate has a fine dining background, strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast paced event focused kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate has a fine dining background, strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast paced event focused kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including event execution and daily service
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency and presentation
- Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best during both prep and service
- Manage Prep schedules, station organization and event timelines
- Monitor inventory, ordering and food cost controls
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
- 4+ years as a Sous Chef or equivalent experience in a fine dining or high end catering environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven atmosphere
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Creative, detail oriented and dedicated to guest satisfaction
- Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency and professionalism
