Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and help contribute to our continued growth.  
Must have a passion for service, mentoring & managing the day to day flow of operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ year of high volume restaurant management experience
  • Detail oriented and open communication skills
  • Staff management and training background
  • Open availability 
  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Directing the flow of service, providing consistent leadership and delegating responsibilities, through leading-by-example
  • Assist with hiring, training and education of cooks
  • Perform restaurant opening and closing activities 
  • Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met
