Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Assist in leading and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team environment.

  • Culinary Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to the restaurant's vision of refined Japanese cuisine.

  • Operational Support: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
