Spa Reception Agent at Warwick Hotel

Le Spa by Warwick features a stylish lounge, gender specific steam rooms and six spa treatment rooms. Le spa also offers a variety of salon services for hair and nails.

The selected candidate will:

Promote health and wellness benefits of the spa treatments specific to each guest, while recommending a frequency of services.

Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance and behavior, ensuring guest service values and Spa and Salon standards

Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of Spa treatment areas and servicing equipment.

Additional duties as necessary and assigned.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills and abilities:

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must possess basic computer skills.

High school or equivalent education required.

Two years’ experience in a spa or salon is required Customer service experience preferred.
