Job Description
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Space Electronic Warfare Instructor to support the NSSI. We are in need for multiple individuals to develop curriculum for USSF Guardians in the Space Power Disciplines.

What you will be doing:
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain lesson plans and material within the USAF Instructional Systems Development (ISD) guidelines to satisfy government educational requirements. 
  • Interface with internal and external agencies and customer as required to maintain up to date education program materials. 
  • Develop and maintain of Space Electronic Warfare operations related material and lessons. 
  • Assist in the coordination, development and maintenance of space operations lessons, student learning levels, and delivery and measurement methods.  
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

  • Travel is possible
What you will need:
  • Subject matter expert in Space Electronic Warfare
  • Working knowledge of Commercial, Civil, and DOD space capabilities and operations
  • Working knowledge and experience with training and education systems and programs (ISD)
  • Working knowledge of, and experience with, DoD Operational level command and control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in relevant field (5 years of experience in a relevant field may be substituted for the education requirement) 
Desired Experience:
  • In depth knowledge of one or more USSF Space Competencies
  • Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent Joint Service or civilian course/degree
  • Experience with DoD training/education, including planning, developing, and delivering instruction in accordance with the ISD model, training records keeping and documentation.
  • Familiarity with USSF organizations, Guardian development and strategic direction

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Delta Solutions & Strategies considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
