Sprinkler Division Manager at Goodwin Recruiting

Seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Division/Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fire sprinkler system installations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of sprinkler systems, experience bringing in, bidding and managing multiple projects in multifamily and commercial projects with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, clients, and other trades — including fire alarm and suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of sprinkler projects — from pre-construction through final inspection and closeout.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, purchasing, and field installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, change orders, and submittal documentation.
• Conduct project meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to monitor progress and address issues.
• Collaborate with the fire alarm integration team to ensure seamless coordination between sprinkler and alarm systems.
• Track project costs and provide accurate financial forecasts to management.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning in coordination with AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction).
