SUMMARY:
This position uniquely emphasizes direct-to-consumer (DTC) analytics, including KPIs like traffic, conversion, and sell-through across physical and digital channels. It involves program post-mortems, forecasting for launches and pricing, and consumer segmentation. The role also involves hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics, and includes responsibilities for data governance and cross-team KPI standardization.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Develops Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing, Dashboards, and Reporting solutions to address growing business reporting, analytics and data requirements.
- Act as a functional / domain expert to develop reports and analysis that translates complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Proactively identify business needs and provide solutions through executive level storytelling and materials.
- Develop executive level content for business review presentations, including PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) on previous activities as well as forward-looking recommendations.
- Develops robust forecasting models and standardizes key performance metrics to ensure consistent reporting thats provide solutions in support of business needs.
- Manage and analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategies.
- Drives vision and requirements for new automated report solutions to meet long-term stakeholder data needs, as well as maintaining existing suite of automated reports.
- Five (5) plus years of experience in a Business or BI Analyst role developing dashboards, analysis, reporting, data warehousing solutions.
- Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, relational databases, data warehousing, automation.
- Ability to work with extremely large datasets.
- Experience in working with Data visualization tools such as Tableau, building interactive reports, complex dashboards for different audiences, creating calculated KPIs or metrics by writing complex formulas.
- Ability to translate complex analytical work into meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in how to extract, clean and manipulate data from multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a high paced environment.
- Experience with subscription services is a plus.
- Strong Experience in user interface design and data visualization front-end architecture and implementation experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or other related quantitative field.
