Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Legal Assistant or Paralegal with at least 5 years of personal injury experience, including strong pre-litigation and trial prep skills. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and can manage a case from filing through trial support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery, pre-trial and post-trial documents, and minors’ compromises
-Propound and respond to discovery
-Schedule and prepare expert depositions and subpoenas
-Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
-Ensure compliance with pre-trial deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
-Experienced in handling cases from start to finish
-Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-driven environments
-Detail-oriented and familiar with trial procedures
-Has worked on a range of case types and sizes, including multi-year, high-value matters
