A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to architect and implement Salesforce solutions across its business units.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Salesforce software solutions and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycleProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while evaluating new Salesforce featuresGrow the Salesforce Center of Excellence by identifying opportunities for reuse and supporting change management practicesRequired Qualifications10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale solutionsDeep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Aura frameworkProficient in Apex and Flows, with experience in integrating Salesforce with external systemsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experienceExperience with version control practices and managing CI/CD deployment pipelines
