Hybrid Sr. Real Estate Transactional Attorney Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in transactional real estate, with a proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial leases from inception through execution.
- Proven expertise in representing both landlords and tenants in leasing negotiations, including preparing and finalizing all necessary transaction documents.
- Good standing with California bar
