Retail Merchandising Services (RMS) is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Retail Account Assistant. Responsibilities
- Phone Operations: Answer calls professionally and route them to the appropriate staff for timely resolution. Communicate important information to management.
- Customer Correspondence: Respond to representatives’ questions within 24 hours via email or calls. Review and ensure accuracy of submitted photos and service reports.
- Data Management: Update store reports and compile photo recaps for clients. Research and maintain compliance reports, including critical stores and weekly summaries.
- Planogram Management: Read planograms and create simplified guides. Identify and address planogram issues from representative photos. Maintain a planogram integrity log.
- Create and foster positive relationships with RMS employees including reps, peers and managers. Ensure that all interactions and communications are timely, professional, and respectful.
- 1+ years’ previous office, or customer service experience
- Previous experience working in retail required
- Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met
- Strong customer service mentality when interacting with employees

Schedule
We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm. This is a hybrid position after your first 90 days, hybrid schedule will be discussed further in the interview process.
