PositionSummary: The Senior Digital Specialist, Paid Socialis responsible optimizing and implementing social advertisingefforts across Leaf Home’s multi-vertical home improvementportfolio. This individual is crucial to supporting the socialperformance marketing team to acquire new leads and customersthrough biddable media channels. You will accomplish this throughhands-on experience launching and analyzing an acquisition-centricsocial program that drives cost-effective customer leadgeneration.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
· Leadthe build and execution of ad campaigns, audiences, creative acrossall the LH verticals within advertising platforms and advertisingmanagement tools.
· Optimize campaigns,including ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics arebeing optimized towards relevant objectives andKPIs.
· Recommend bid, budget, targetingand optimization adjustments to reach assigned KPIs andmetrics.
· Build ad campaigns, audiences,creative across all the LH verticals within advertising platformsand advertising management tools.
·Partner with the Senior Manager to analyze data, interpret, andcommunicate insights from multiple sources to enhance pace andperformance.
· Communicate weekly insightsto Digital Acquisition leadership.
·Collaborate across internal teams including analytics and creativeto create holistic advertiser solutions that understand thecustomer journey. In addition, collaborate with platform partnersto continuously scope and research new tests insocial.
· Contribute to strategic growthof account through generating insights andoperational/technology-driven efficiencies.
· Manage partner communication and deliverables includingIOs, creative, billing and performance. · Learn and understand newplatforms, partners and integrations between LH’ CRM database andad technology and platforms.
· Utilize BItools (Tableau) to analyze data, partnering with MarketingAnalytics team, to drive results and improve efficiency. · Performsother duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and MinimumQualifications:
·Bachelor's Degree required · 3+ years of direct experience in paidsocial performance marketing campaigns
·Expert understanding of advertising campaign setup in Facebook(Meta), search, or programmatic platforms
· Expert-level experience setting up and managing displayadvertising and retargeting campaigns · Expert-level understandingand execution on real-time bid changes based on pacing andperformance
· Ability to perform audienceresearch to develop new campaign ideas for PPC and contextualchannels
· Expert Excel skills includingability to analyze data to understand trends
· Experience using PowerBI, Tableau or other datavisualization tools to perform trend analysis
· Intermediate understanding of advertising capabilitiesthrough other platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter,etc.
· Ability to work both with a teamand/or individually to achieve goals, meet deadlines,etc.
· Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping theball”
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up yoursleeves” and “win every day” mentality
·Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals · Detail-oriented and can focus on task at handby finding the most efficient and effective pathway tocompletion

· Proficiency using Microsoft OfficeSuite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/orAccess)
· Must be legally authorized towork in country of employment without sponsorship for employmentvisa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities orCertifications: · Experience utilizing ad managementtools like Smartly.io preferred.
