Strong experience with frontend technologies including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud architecture. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Spring Data JPA). As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our projects, ensuring best practices are followed, and driving innovation within our technology stack.. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Define and implement best practices for software development, code quality, and testing. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines. Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements. Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and ReactJS. Oversee the development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Backend Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Integrate with various databases and data storage solutions, ensuring efficient data access and management. Implement robust security practices to safeguard application and data. Frontend Development: Design and build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) and ensure seamless integration with backend services. Optimize frontend performance and user experience. AWS Cloud Management: Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EKS, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and operations to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and address any issues. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Communicate and coordinate with Offshore development team. Provide required support for the team for queries, clarifications and provide context. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and ReactJS. Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex software projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development. Strong experience with frontend technologies including ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud architecture. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Spring Data JPA). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
