Erickson is looking for energetic, critical thinkers to support our communities and corporate partners.  As a staff accountant you will perform journal entries, detailed account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and have an active role in the end-of-month process, end-of-year review and audit.

  • Compensation: $70,000 - 80,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact  

  • Contribute to the monthly close process, ensuring all reporting deliverables are completed on schedule

  • Prepare, review and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly work papers and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Review internal financial statements, including variance analyses, and ensure review comments are researched and resolved timely

  • Work with your team to improve and implement processes

What you will need   

  • Minimum of 2 years of general ledger accounting experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills

  • Experience with a general ledger system

  • Experience with Blackline or other reconciliation software a plus
