As the Staff Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will be:

· Lead electrical system design, upgrades, and commissioning

· Drive safety and reliability across all facilities (NFPA 70/70E)

· Conduct audits, model arc flash energy, and coordinate breakers

· Manage capital projects from concept to commissioning

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top-tier leadership.

Minimum Required for this Staff Electrical Engineer position:

· BS in Electrical Engineering

· At least 5 years in power distribution systems for wood products or similar heavy industries

· Deep knowledge of NFPA 70/70E, arc flash modeling, and system coordination

· Strong project management and communication skills

· Proficiency in EasyPower, ETAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
