Staffing/HR intern-entry level at Kaiser Whitney Staffing

College Seniors or recent grads Kaiser Whitney Staffing is a third generation family business that has been matching the best people to top companies in the New Haven area and across the country since 1978. We are looking to hire an intern for the spring semester or a fulltime entry level person who has enthusiasm or a passion for HR, staffing and recruiting. In the position, you will get training and exposure to all aspects and facets of the business including, but not limited to interviewing, payroll, staffing, sales, marketing, operations, contracts, social media, networking and general human resources. No previous experience in human resources, recruiting or staffing is required. Applicants should be good at following directions and have common sense. Applicants should have good people skills, be empathetic, have attention to detail and have the ability to "wing it" or think on your feet.
