A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Strategy and Procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Strategy and Procurement vertical within the Commercial Legal Team, providing legal counsel and negotiating various agreementsOversee and develop a team of legal professionals, ensuring effective coverage and support for enterprise needsManage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive strategic initiativesRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a member of the bar in at least one state10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements5+ years of in-house legal experience supporting multiple departments7+ years of experience with contracts related to data rights and intellectual property3+ years of experience in training and onboarding junior legal staff
