Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
· Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
· Previous management experience in a food environment - must be ServSafe Certified
· Passion for exceptional customer service and creating joyful guest experiences
· Oversee daily operations while maintaining high health, safety, and cleanliness standards
· Inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
· Cash handling, reconciliation, and bank deposits
· Community outreach – create, manage, and coordinate events and catering activities
