A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst who will work with business units to source suppliers and negotiate contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with management to identify project teams and ensure buy-in for sourcing initiativesLead the Strategic Sourcing process, including developing and executing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, while facilitating supplier evaluations and contract negotiationsPrepare documentation for senior management on sourcing recommendations, savings, and impacts to business operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of financial or business experience, or 5 years of relevant education/work experienceProficiency in personal computers and software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databasesExperience in writing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and negotiating contracts is preferredStrong time management and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with analytical skills
