We are seeking Exercise Science or related degreed, DYNAMIC, energetic, wellness-minded, stretch practitioners that love to share their knowledge and skillset. This role is also open for experienced personal trainers, massage therapists, etc.! Must be a confident communicator and be comfortable with hands-on work. If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer members and potential members, a comfortable, effective experience that helps increase circulation, flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, improves overall wellness and more.

• Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develops individualized stretch programs that suits member's specific needs.
• Act as a coach for our member base. This includes leading 1 on 1 sessions, performing range of motion assessments, regularly contacting them, and keeping them motivated.
• Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
• Works with prospective members, educating them on their bodies and our modalities
• Serves Members and potential Members, as well as maintains and reinforces the value of practitioner-assisted stretching in all activities.
• All team members clean and maintain the Studio.
• Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.

Approximate Hours Desired:

• Monday to Thursday: 7am-12 pm OR 3-7:30 pm
• Saturday: 9 am-2pm
