Nature & Purpose of Position:Direct, supervise, and organize the student workings of Bearkat Camp.
Recruit, interview, and select volunteer camp counselors.
Work with professional staff to create fun, engaging, and educational training for counselors.
Deliver a fun program that supports campers growth and development.
Assist with the marketing of Bearkat camp during the summer at orientation
Facilitate the direct programming of Bearkat Camp.
Must be a current Bearkat Camp Counselor
