Nature & Purpose of Position:

The College of Education’s Office of Assessment and Accountability seeks to hire one student assistant. Primary responsibilities include frequent interaction with students, faculty, staff, and college administration. Responsible for supporting correspondence, assisting with technology platform/questions, answering multi-line phones, assisting with events, maintaining office supply inventory, copying and preparing documents, creating reports, and assisting with various office projects.

Other Requirements for the Position:

Qualifications include ability to work in a team environment, outstanding technology skills, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills. Professionalism, strong analytical skills, and willingness to learn are also essential for this position.
